You can have the product replaced within 7 days due to quality problem and the quality guarantee period for this product is one year.
You can also get the favorable promotions.
In the following conditions the product is not considered within the quality guaranteescope:
- Client cannot bring forth the quality guarantee card and invoice or receipt of purchasing;
- Improper service conditions,such as unmatched power,ambient temperature,humidity or lightingcaused malfunction;
- Malfunction caused by accident,negligence,disaster incorrect operation or network attack;
- Malfunction or damage in installation,repair,modification or dismantle caused by unauthorizedpersonnel;
- Out of guarantee period.
If you have any dissent on technical service provided by distributor,please lodge acomplaint to the customer's service center of Kaidun.
The quality guarantee card will be validated only after it's stamped by the after-service provider.
